Cookie Policy.
Last updated: 14 May 2026. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies this website uses, and how you can manage them. Read this together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What are cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Cookies let the site remember your actions (preferences, sessions) and help us understand how the site is used. Some are essential to make the site work, others are optional and require your consent.
3. Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the site to function. They cannot be switched off through a consent banner.
- Form-anti-spam (Netlify) — set when you submit the discovery-call form. Used by Netlify to detect bot submissions. Session-only, no personal data tracked.
- Selection storage (localStorage, not a cookie) — when you tick services on the services page, your selections are saved in localStorage so they carry over to the contact form. Removed when you click "Clear" or clear your browser data.
Analytics (optional)
These help us understand which pages are visited and how, in aggregate. We only set them with your consent.
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymised page-view, session and country statistics. Set by
googletagmanager.com. Retention: up to 14 months. We have IP anonymisation enabled and no advertising features.
Embedded third parties
The video showreels on case pages are embedded from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com). We use the no-cookie variant so YouTube does not set tracking cookies until you press play. If you press play, YouTube may set its own cookies under Google's policy. See Google's privacy policy.
4. Your choices
- Decline analytics — if a cookie banner is shown on your visit, choose "Decline". Analytics cookies will not be set.
- Browser settings — you can block or delete all cookies through your browser settings at any time. Most browsers let you clear cookies for a single site (chrome://settings, Safari Preferences → Privacy, etc.).
- Opt out of Google Analytics — install the official Google Analytics Opt-out add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5. Do Not Track
We respect Do Not Track signals from your browser. If your browser sends a Do Not Track header, analytics cookies will not be set even if you have not interacted with the cookie banner.
6. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy if we add or remove third-party tools. The latest version is always on this page with the "Last updated" date above.
